| Welcome to our Stotras Page. You will be able to read Bhagavad Ramanuja's gadya trayam,Swami Desikan's stotras in English,Sanskrit and Tamil and pancha suktam etc. It is my intention to provide the stotras in multiple languages for the benefit of readers with audio clips too. |
| One special
note about the Tamil version. We have provided the script with consonants
ie the sanskrit kha,ga and gha are written with a number subscript 2,3,4
respectively below the corresponding Tamil letter, since in Tamil we have
only one "ka". This will help to pronounce the sanskrit slokams in a better
way. Tamil version is provided in Adhawin which is again a well known tamil
font in cyber space. If you don't have the font then download the font
from here.
The sanskrit version is provided in Sanskrit New font. This is one of the popular sanskrit fonts in the Cyber space for the last three or four years. If you don't have this font then you can get this by clicking here or try this. The english version is provided in itrans format. The transliteration rule for itrans can be viewed here. The Pancha suktams are presented
with anudhaaththa,swaritha,dhIrgha markings
which will help you to read them with correct pronounciation.Caution:These
vedic recitals should be learned from a qualified vidhwan and the text
